These Terms of Use govern the use of OneObjective (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. About the App

The App helps individuals record and review goals, success criteria, daily tasks, and reviews. The App does not guarantee any particular result or achievement.

3. Environment and data storage

You are responsible, at your own cost, for obtaining the device, operating system, and network environment needed to use the App.

Your input data is stored on your device. The App does not offer account features or cloud sync. Data may be lost due to device failure, loss, replacement, or removal of the App.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals
• Infringe the rights, interests, or reputation of the operator or others
• Reverse engineer, alter, or access the App improperly, or place an excessive load on it
• Use the App for an unlawful or inappropriate purpose unrelated to its intended purpose

5. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the App, including its name, logo, writing, design, program, and other content, belong to the operator or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, or distribute these materials without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The operator does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, provide expected results, or be free from errors or defects.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, except in cases of the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Changes or discontinuation

The operator may change, add, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App as necessary. For important changes, we will provide notice on this page or in the App where reasonably possible.

8. Privacy

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how the App handles information.

9. Changes to these Terms

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page or in the App.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, the court with jurisdiction over the operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning the App or these Terms.
