1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how OneObjective (the “App”) and its official website (the “Website”) handle information. The App is a personal tool for recording and reviewing goals, success criteria, today’s tasks, and reviews.

2. Information we handle

To provide the App and Website features, we handle the following information:

• Goals, success criteria, tasks, notes, and reviews that you enter
• Records such as goal deadlines, progress, and completion status
• Settings stored on your device that are needed to display and use the App
• Information about App usage, such as App launch and use, App version, device and operating system information, language setting, approximate location, and an App-instance identifier
• In-App interaction information and content-free classification information
• The email address and display language registered through the Website for a release notice
• Information about Website visits and use, such as pages viewed, acquisition source, device environment, and key interactions

3. Storage and transmission

The specific content you enter in the App is stored on your device. The App does not provide account registration or cloud sync, and does not send or collect this content on the operator’s servers.

If you request a release notice through the Website, your registered email address and display language are stored in a cloud database used by the operator to send and manage release notices.

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and the Website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand usage. Information collected through these services may be sent to and stored on Google’s servers.

4. Purpose of use

• To provide goal management, task management, and review features
• To respond to inquiries about the App
• To analyze App usage and improve its features and usability
• To analyze Website traffic, acquisition, and release-notice registrations and improve its content and paths
• To send the App’s release notice and manage registrations

5. Google Analytics

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google LLC, to analyze App usage. The service may collect information such as App version, device and operating system information, language setting, approximate location, and an App-instance identifier.

We send interaction information and content-free classification information to understand App usage. We do not send content that users enter in the App to Google Analytics. We also do not collect advertising IDs, advertising identifiers, or information for ad personalization.

Google handles collected and processed information under its own policies. For more information, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.

The Website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyze visits, acquisition, and key interactions. We do not send email addresses or other form-entry content to Google Analytics.

6. Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, the operator does not provide information you enter or register to third parties. However, information may be collected and processed through Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Analytics 4 as described above, and stored by cloud services needed to operate the Website.

7. Deleting data

Data stored on your device can be deleted using the deletion features provided in the App or by uninstalling the App. You are responsible for managing data in device backups and when changing devices.

To unsubscribe or request deletion of an email address registered for a release notice, contact us using the address in Section 9.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy in response to new App features, changes in services, or legal updates. If there is an important change, we will notify you on this page or in the App.
